AMC CONFERENCE NEWS 2008
AMC 2008, Tulsa Marriott Mission Hills, April 14-17, 2008. Go to the ARINC web site, www.aviation-ia.com/amc for on-line registration for the convention and Marriott Hotel registration – This must be completed by 14 th of March 2008.

There will be an AAI Annual Golf on Sunday before the meeting official start - times and location will be announced shortly.
The Board of Directors will hold their meeting on Saturday the 12th - location to be announced at a later date.
The AAI General Membership meeting will be held on Monday the 14th at 1645 hours (that is after the AMC session).
We are recommending that you use Transit Air Cargo when shipping your material to the AMC. We suggest you contact Howard Umeda at 1-800-247-1600 x 106 or FAX 1-714-571-0406 or email at howard.umeda@transitair.com he will be able to provide you will all the details regarding your shipping problems. Transit Air Cargo will be providing a Informational Show Letter which will provide lots of information and shipping deadlines. The hotel will not have the facilities to accept and store your equipment.
