AEEC/AMC COLLOCATED MEETING NEWS 2010
COLLOCATED MEETING 2010, Hyatt Regency Phoenix, March 29-April 1, 2010. Go to the ARINC web site, www.aviation-ia.com/amc for on-line registration for the convention and Hyatt Hotel registration – This must be completed by 5th of March 2010.

The Golf Tournament will be held at The Raven Golf Club at South Mountain - this is the same course where we held the tournament in 2007. Our tournament director will be Peter Moores of GE Sensing - 1+203-746-2449 or peter.moores@ge.com. The tournament is scheduled for Sunday the 28th starting at 1300 hours. The Board of Directors will hold their meeting on Saturday the 27th - location to be announced at a later date.
The AAI General Membership meeting will be held on Monday the 29th at 1645 hours (that is after the AMC session).
We are recommending that you use Transit Air Cargo when shipping your material to the Collocated Meeting. TriCord Tradeshows Services will be performing the drayage services and will be providing a Informational Show package which will provide lots of information and shipping deadlines. As this hotel is located in the city center, and is accessible via taxi, or rental car. There is no bus service from the hotel.
