AEEC 2008, Tulsa Marriott Mission Hills, October 20-23, 2008. Go to the ARINC web site, www.aviation-ia.com/aeec to register for the convention and download hotel registration form – this form must be mailed directly to the hotel – must be completed by September 20, 2008.

The Board of Directors will meet on Monday Morning at 1000 hours - location will be announced shortly.
The AAI General Membership meeting will be held on Monday afternoon at 1400 hours please insure that at least one member of your company attend this meeting. Location of the meeting will be announced shortly.
Golf Tournament - the AAI will host a golf tournament on Sunday October the 19th. This is an excellent opportunity to host an airline employee or a fellow AAI member to this event. Times and location will be announced shortly.
